The following terms and conditions, along with any documents they explicitly reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), regulate your access to and use of the platform described below (collectively the “Website”):

  • Mobile and desktop applications downloaded from the website or from application stores such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, which enable non-browser-based interaction between you and the website;
  • Interaction with our advertisements and applications on third-party websites and services, provided those applications or advertisements include links to this policy.

This website is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing this website, you confirm that you are legally of age to enter into a binding contract with us and that you meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to access or use the website.

 

Appointments
Making an appointment with Alpas Home Service is easy and convenient. You can schedule your appointment through various channels, including:

  • Social media accounts
  • Phone
  • Text
  • Email

We offer appointments of various durations starting from 30 minutes. For one-way transportation, there’s a minimum fee of Php100, which may vary based on the distance.

 

Booking Requirements

  • A minimum service booking of Php800 (excluding transportation) is required to proceed with the booking.
  • Any additional requests or changes to a booking should be submitted through a separate form, along with payment.
  • To approve a booking, a down payment of Php250.00 is necessary. If the down payment was not made during the initial submission of the booking form, we will notify you via SMS and/or email regarding the necessary down payment details.

Booking Guidelines

  • Bookings should be made at least 4 hours before the appointment time. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, therapist availability may vary.

Payment Method

  • We offer two payment options: bank transfer or GCash. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received, which you can process at www.AlpasHomeService.com/payment/.
  • Upon completing the full payment, you will receive an email and SMS containing a summary of your booking details.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation Policy: 24 hours. Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being unable to attend your appointment due to foreseeable events, such as illness or adverse weather conditions.
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the Php250.00 down payment fee. This policy is in place because we may be unable to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover our costs.
  • However, if you need to cancel your appointment at short notice due to emergencies, a fluctuating long-term medical condition, or if you are more than 37 weeks pregnant, we will assess the cost implications on a case-by-case basis.
  • Late Arrivals: It’s important to adhere to our agreed appointment time and duration. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as arriving slightly late or needing to leave earlier than planned, missed time cannot be compensated by extending subsequent appointments.

Client-Therapist Confidentiality
At Alpas Home Service, we prioritize the confidentiality of our clients and therapists alike. All client information and treatment records are securely safeguarded and treated with utmost confidentiality. Without your explicit consent or unless required by law, we do not share, sell, or distribute any of the information you provide us.

 

Your consultations and treatment details are strictly kept between you and your therapist, except in specific cases such as when the client is a minor or requires a caregiver.

 

To ensure the integrity of your information, we employ stringent security measures against unauthorized access, disclosure, or processing. These measures encompass physical, electronic, and managerial protocols to prevent any unauthorized handling, accidental loss, or damage. We retain your information for a reasonable period or as mandated by law.

 

Each therapist contracted with Alpas Home Service has access to client records solely for the duration of their contract and exclusively for providing appropriate treatment.

 

Health and Safety
At Alpas Home Service, all therapists are certified and highly trained massage therapists and spa specialists.

 

Considering the close contact involved in massage therapy, it is imperative that both our therapists and clients uphold stringent standards of personal hygiene.

 

If a therapist is unwell, experiencing symptoms such as a cold, virus, infection, or general ill health, they will be unable to perform their duties to prevent any risks of cross-contamination. In such cases, Alpas Home Service will promptly notify you and make suitable alternative arrangements.

 

Clients are kindly requested not to attend their massage appointments if they are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as a cold, virus, infection, or general ill health. Please notify Alpas Home Service via phone, text, social media platforms, or email as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Please note that our Cancellation Policy may still apply even if you inform us of your illness.

 

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment.

 

Alpas Home Service reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client displays any form of physical or verbal abuse towards our therapists or engages in inappropriate, aggressive, or sexual behavior. Such behavior may result in partial or complete banning from Alpas Home Service and could lead to legal action.

 

Updates to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at our discretion. Any modifications become effective immediately upon posting and apply to all subsequent access and use of the website.

 

By continuing to use the website after the revised Terms of Use are posted, you indicate your acceptance and agreement with the changes. It is advisable to regularly review this page to stay informed about any alterations, as they are legally binding on you.

 

Discount Code Policy

  • Each discount code is assigned an expiration date, which is communicated at the time of issuance.
  • Discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full. They are valid for a single transaction only.
  • Discount codes are not applicable during sales or in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Points or other incentives cannot be utilized or redeemed when using a discount code.
  • Requests to extend the expiry date from the issuance date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
  • We cannot be held responsible if a discount code is misplaced or used by an unauthorized individual. Replacement will not be provided in such cases.
  • Discount codes are designated for specific uses, such as services, purchases, or memberships, and cannot be redeemed for purposes other than those specified. The intended use of the discount code will always be provided along with its details.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied toward tips or gratuities.
  • The management reserves the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or is deemed unacceptable in any way.

Disclaimer
Alpas Home Service offers massage therapy and bodywork in various forms, but it’s important to note that none of these modalities serve as a substitute for professional medical care or counseling. Our therapists will not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication unless they are qualified to do so, and they will always recommend consulting a GP or qualified medical specialist when necessary.

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful medical and personal information to the best of their knowledge and for keeping Alpas Home Service informed of any changes in their health status, medication, symptoms, or ongoing medical treatments.

 

Therapists at Alpas Home Service reserve the right to refuse treatment or to terminate an appointment if they believe it is unsafe or not in the client’s best interest to continue. Similarly, clients have the right to refuse, modify, or terminate treatment at any time, regardless of prior consent.

 

Clients should understand that massage therapy is primarily aimed at stress reduction, relaxation, alleviation of muscular tension, and enhancement of circulation and energy flow.

 

If clients experience any discomfort during a session, they should promptly inform their therapist so that adjustments can be made accordingly. Alpas Home Service therapists are not liable for any discomfort or pain experienced during or after the session.

 

Clients should acknowledge that the services provided are not a substitute for medical care, and therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose medical conditions, or prescribe treatments.

 

Clients agree to update their therapist on any changes in their health status and understand that therapists bear no liability if they fail to do so.

 

It’s important to emphasize that massage therapy provided by Alpas Home Service is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.

 

By agreeing to these terms, clients waive and release their therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future, related to massage therapy and bodywork.

 

Accessing the Website and Account Security
We retain the right to modify or withdraw this website, along with any services or content provided, at our sole discretion without prior notice. We shall not be held liable if, for any reason, the website or any part thereof becomes unavailable at any time. Periodically, access to certain sections or the entire website may be restricted, including to registered users.
